Return Policy

We happily accept returns of unused, unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise with a receipt!

If returned within 30 days a full refund through the original form of payment will be given. After 30 days, store credit will be issued for the item's current price.

If you are wanting to return an item but are not local to Flagstaff, please send an email to info@pjchilcottage.com to further discuss your options and what steps to take!

With items returned through the mail, shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
